Common questions

How far in advance should I book packages?+

As early as possible – packages book out weeks ahead, especially at weekends. Give yourself at least 2 weeks, ideally more.

Do packages include robes and refreshments?+

The BFF Switch Up packages include prosecco and refreshments. The So Boujee package includes full afternoon tea, prosecco, and a fruit platter. Check the individual package description for what’s included.

Can I customise a package?+

The packages are designed as complete experiences. For something truly bespoke – different treatments, private hire for a larger group – contact us directly and we’ll design something around you.

What’s the difference between the BFF Switch Up tiers?+

The first tier (£198) is 1 hour of treatments plus 30 minutes relaxation. The second (£250) adds afternoon tea and prosecco. The third (£298) extends to 1 hour 30 minutes of treatments plus a full hour of afternoon tea.
