Common questions
Do I leave with wet hair?
We have hair dryers available and you’re welcome to blast dry before leaving. Just let us know.
Can I book if I have hair extensions?
Unfortunately we can’t carry out the Japanese Head Spa if you have hair extensions in. Book the Scalp Rehab instead – it’s designed for exactly this situation.
What if I have a scalp condition?
The Scalp Rehab was built for dandruff, psoriasis, seborrheic eczema, and post-extension debris. Tell us your condition when booking and we’ll tailor the products accordingly.
How often should I come?
For scalp conditions, every 4-6 weeks. For general maintenance and relaxation, whenever your scalp or your head needs a proper reset.
Is it suitable during pregnancy?
Yes, with care. If you’re under 12 weeks, please consult your GP first. Let us know when booking and we’ll adapt accordingly.
