Built from scratch.
For a reason.
Lisa spent most of her forties in survival mode. A decade she describes as lost – to her mental health, to a body she didn’t recognise, to symptoms nobody would name. She was going through perimenopause. Doctors sent her away. One told her to come back when it got worse.
The turning point wasn’t in a clinic. It was a loch. She ran into a cold loch on a grey Scottish morning and came out different. The fog that had settled over years lifted. She felt, for the first time in a long time, like herself. Alive.
That morning changed the direction of everything. She already had thirty years of expertise – as a brand ambassador, as a massage therapist, as someone who had spent thirty years inside the wellness industry understanding what worked and what didn’t. She had the knowledge. What she hadn’t had, until that morning, was the reason.
She went home and started drawing. A room. A desk. A wall she wanted to knock through. The name written on the wall before she even had the keys. Muse Lab Spa was built to be the place Lisa needed – and couldn’t find – when it mattered most.
