1. About us

These terms govern your use of the Muse Lab Spa website and your booking of treatments and experiences with Muse Lab Spa Ltd, a women’s wellness studio based in Glasgow, Scotland. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings

  • All appointments must be booked in advance via our online booking system or by contacting us directly.
  • A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.
  • You must be aged 18 or over to book treatments unless accompanied by a parent or guardian and with our prior agreement.

3. Cancellations and no-shows

  • 48+ hours notice: Full refund or free rescheduling.
  • 24–48 hours notice: 50% charge of the treatment cost.
  • Less than 24 hours / no-show: Full treatment cost charged.
  • To cancel or reschedule, email hello@muselab.spa or call us directly.

4. Payments

  • Payment is taken at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept major credit and debit cards. Card payments are processed securely.
  • Gift vouchers must be presented at the time of the appointment and are non-refundable.
  • Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

5. Health and safety

  • Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries when booking.
  • We reserve the right to modify or decline a treatment if we believe it may be unsafe for you.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate health information prior to your treatment.

6. Gift vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

7. Website use

  • All content on this website is owned by Muse Lab Spa Ltd and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce it without our permission.
  • We aim to keep information accurate and up to date, but make no warranties about the completeness or accuracy of content.
  • We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
